Anthea McAuliffe studied under the renowned RAM professor Howard Davies. Since then she has gained nearly 20 years' experience in teaching the violin to all ages. She is passionate about making violin learning fun whilst teaching the highest standards of fine technique. Anthea maintains an active professional performing career through her post as founder member and leader of the Intermezzo String Quartet and uses this inspiration to fuel a passion for ensemble playing in all her students.
Katherine Nessfield completed her Masters degree with Distinction at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music on the flute. During this time she was on placement with the BBC Concert Orchestra's Mentor Scheme, and was a winner of Making Music's Scheme for Young Concert Artists. Katherine enjoys a career of education, recitals and chamber music.
Jamie Cranfield has been playing guitar for 25 years, having studied at Reading University, Thames Valley University and The Guitar Institute in Acton, London. On returning to Peterborough he gained the DTTLS qualification (DIploma in the Life Long Learning Sector). Jamie teaches a number of styles including classical, jazz, rock, country and blues.
Oksana King was educated in St Petersburg Conservatoire, where she completed her Performer’s Diploma with Distinctions. She performed as a soloist throughout Russia and the Czech Republic, where she also accompanied choirs, instrumentalists and singers. In the UK, Oksana performed solo recitals at Stowe Music School and at All Saints Church (Brixworth) where since 2016 she played at every annual Brixworth Music Festival. Oksana teaches piano at all levels and has particular expertise in the prevention of repetitive strain injury. Her pupils went on to study at Performance departments at Birmingham Conservatoire, Guildhall School of Music & Drama and RNCM.
Rebecca Bottone studied at the RAM and RCM and gained Bmus (Hons) and PGdip (Hons) and ARAM. She has experience of different exam boards and teaches both classical and musical theatre techniques. As an opera singer, Rebecca has performed all over the world, including with ENO and The Royal Opera House. Rebecca has worked with many of the world’s leading orchestras including the Gabrieli Consort and Players’, she has sung Charmeuse in ’Thais’ under Eschenbach with Renee Fleming and also performed with the AAM and the RAI Turin, the CBSO‚ the Halle and the Manchester Camerata; St John Passion with the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi in Milan; the Philharmonia Orchestra under Sir Charles Mackerras; and the Tonhalle Zürich under Sir Mark Elder.
Christohper Colbran-Ingham is a professional Trombone player, who has played with groups such as, the international party show band Salut, the award-winning Chicago Blues Brothers theatre group and original artists such as Georgia Crandon. He has performed in many impressive venues including the Atlas Arena in Gdansk, Cardiff arena, the One and Only Palace Hotel in Dubai and several famous London hotels including the Savoy, Claridge's, the Rosewood, the Dorchester and many more. Whilst specialising in Trombone, Mr Colbran-Ingham teaches all instruments in the brass family.
