The Mayor of Peterborough, Councillor June Stokes, visited the School to present the Year 12 students with their GCSE certificates.  Students in other year groups who had achieved GCSEs early were also congratulated.

The Headmaster welcomed the Mayor to the School in addition to Governors, Cannon Bruce Ruddock and Mrs Pamela Dalgliesh, and proud parents.

The audience enjoyed a piano arrangement played by Alice Lau and singing by Head of School, Ellie-Rose Fowler.

The Headmaster spoke of his pride in the achievements of all the students, especially since many of them had achieved beyond even their challenge grades at GCSE, and wished them well for their future studies.  The number of top A* and A grades had also increased to 53%.
